Behavioral Science Executive Education Program (Kenya)
Designed and delivered a tailored executive education program in partnership with Strathmore University to equip public, private, and development leaders with applied behavioral science tools. The program built the capacity of senior officials, NGO leaders, and private sector actors to embed behavioral principles into their policy and operational decisions.

Policy Innovation and Behaviorally-Informed Social Programs (Nigeria)
Established a behavioral science unit within the Nigerian Policy Innovation Unit (PIU), in partnership with Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors, NESG, and NBS. Conducted applied behavioral research and stakeholder training to strengthen social protection delivery under Nigeria’s National Social Investment Programmes. Supported the design and testing of interventions to improve uptake, efficiency, and evidence use in national welfare programs.

Behavior Change Strategy for Integrated Water Management (Lesotho)
Supported the Government of Lesotho’s ReNOKA programme to embed behavioral change and advocacy strategies into national catchment management efforts. Developed and implemented a three-year campaign to shift awareness, values, and behaviors around land and water conservation, leveraging deep behavioral insights to promote sustainable watershed protection and water security.
