The first day of the PDIA training covered the key principles of the Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation approach, with a focus on formulating real and shared problems, breaking them down into root causes, and identifying realistic entry points for action. Participants practiced concrete tools (the 5 Whys, Ishikawa diagram, 3A analysis) and explored how to move forward through iteration, learning, and adaptation, using practical cases applied to the public sector.
