The PDIA – Day 2 module introduced the foundations of the Problem-Driven Iterative Adaptation approach and explored how to tackle complex reform challenges starting from concrete problems.
The training covered key diagnostic tools (problem formulation, root cause analysis, identification of entry points), as well as the logic of iteration and progressive learning.
Participants also explored the importance of teamwork and building the authorization needed to move reforms forward in complex institutional environments.
